Overview: Working under direct supervision of the Team Leader, Depot, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 1 is responsible for diagnosing, fixing, upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels. The Technician 1 is responsible for diagnosing, fixing, upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other customer products. They perform configuration jobs following work instructions and ensure hardware and software compatibility.

A high school diploma or equivalency is required. CompTIA A+ or ITF+ certification is preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire.
