The technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing commercial transport truck and trailer systems to locate and fix malfunctions. They perform scheduled maintenance and provide customers with advice on future repair requirements.

Candidates must have a college diploma or non-university certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience. A Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification and a valid driver's licence are required.
