Everyone here has a voice, and there's real room to grow as we grow. *Position Overview* As our Account Manager, you'll own and grow Opifiny's relationships with our existing insurer clients. You will pick up accounts once they've matured and become the client's day to day trusted advisor, focused on retention, satisfaction, renewals, and organic growth. You'll be part of the full customer journey, from onboarding and adoption through expansion and renewal, helping clients get the most out of the Opifiny platform and turning them into long term advocates. We're a lean, fast growing company, so this role blends relationship management with hands on problem solving. At its heart, your mission is to make Opifiny indispensable to every client in your portfolio. *Responsibilities and Tasks* Your day to day will typically include: * Owning a portfolio of insurer accounts handed over from the outbound sales team, and serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor * Staying in regular, proactive touch with key stakeholders to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention * Growing accounts organically by spotting and pursuing upsell and cross sell opportunities (new business units, modules, and use cases) * Owning the renewal process end to end, from tracking terms and timelines to securing on time renewals * Leading smooth handovers from Sales and onboarding new business units and users within existing accounts * Building and running an account and communication plan for each client, and keeping internal stakeholders in the loop * Watching account health closely, flagging risks early, and coordinating internally to resolve issues fast * Working closely with the Sales and the Client Success and Delivery teams to keep the experience consistent for clients * Representing the voice of the customer internally and sharing insights with product and delivery * Keeping account, renewal, and pipeline data accurate in our CRM *Qualifications (Required)* * Post secondary degree * 2+ years in account management, client success, or another client facing role, ideally managing a portfolio of B2B or enterprise accounts * Excellent written and spoken English * A natural relationship builder who is resourceful, empathetic, quick thinking, and organized * Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities, moving easily between big picture strategy and day to day details * A confident communicator who can lead conversations and training sessions with client stakeholders * Strong computer skills and quick to pick up new software * A collaborative team player who works well across levels and departments, with clients and internally *Qualifications (Desired)* These aren't required, but they would be a great asset: * Experience managing or selling into insurance, healthcare, or fintech accounts * Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal * A track record of hitting retention or expansion (upsell) targets * Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce * Bilingual (English/French) Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Experience: * Account management: 2 years (required) Language: * English (required) Lo
