Résumé du poste
Relio is the creator's inbound deal agent - a single link that lets creators put brand-deal conversations on autopilot. When a brand messages a creator's Relio link, the agent qualifies the opportunity, quotes the creator's configured rate, captures the brief, and alerts the creator the moment a deal is real, so they never miss an opportunity, even at 2am. We're building the layer that turns "slow human in the middle" DM negotiations into a fast, creator-controlled, always-on deal desk. The Role We're looking for a sharp, creator-savvy intern to join as an Inbound Deals Agent for our Creators segment. You'll sit at the intersection of customer success, sales, and product - helping creators get the most value out of Relio by making sure inbound brand deals flowing through their Relio link are qualified, well-handled, and converted into closed deals. You'll be one of the first people creators talk to when something needs a human touch, and your feedback will directly shape how the product handles real brand conversations. What You'll Do Monitor inbound brand inquiries flagged by the Relio agent for creators in your pod, and help ensure qualified leads and briefs are accurate, complete, and actionable before they reach the creator. Act as a bridge between brands and creators when a deal needs extra human judgment - clarifying briefs, confirming rates and availability, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Review and refine each creator's rate card and qualification rules so the agent quotes and qualifies correctly on their behalf. Track deal flow from first brand message to creator close, flagging bottlenecks, drop-offs, or mismatched expectations. Partner with the product team to report edge cases (odd requests, unclear briefs, negotiation attempts) that the agent escalates, helping improve its qualification and quoting logic. Support onboarding of new creators onto Relio - helping them set up their link, rate card, and rules of engagement. Compile learnings from real brand-creator conversations into playbooks and best practices for deal qualification and closing. What We're Looking For Strong written communication skills - you can read a brand's message and immediately tell if it's a real opportunity, a mismatch, or spam. Genuine interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships; bonus if you've worked with creators, talent management, or brand deals before. Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment. Detail-oriented and organized - able to track many concurrent conversations and deals without losing the thread. Curious and product-minded; you notice patterns and want to help fix the system, not just the individual ticket. Nice to Have Experience with CRM or deal-tracking tools. Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how creators negotiate brand deals. Prior internship or experience in sales, account management, or customer success. What You'll Gain Direct, hands-on exposure to how brand deals actually get sourced, qualified, and closed for creators. A front-row seat to an early-stage startup building in the creator economy - your work will directly shape product decisions. Mentorship from the founding team and the opportunity to take on real ownership, not just busywork. A strong reference and potential path to a full-time role based on performance.
