About Optimize Wealth Management: Optimize Wealth Management is a premier portfolio management firm that believes technology can make financial management simpler, more transparent, and more cost-effective. We are looking for a skilled Developer to help build and maintain our cutting-edge wealth management platform. The opportunity: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our Toronto-based tech team. You will be responsible for writing clean, high-quality code and collaborating with Product Managers and other developers to build and enhance our software products. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications for the Optimize platform. Work with Product Managers to define and refine feature requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java). Experience with front-end (e.g., React, Angular) and/or back-end technologies. Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment As part of our recruitment and selection process, we may use technology-enabled tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to assist with certain aspects of candidate screening, assessment, scheduling, and application review. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by qualified individuals and are based on job-related criteria, qualifications, and business requirements.

The developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications for the Optimize platform. They will collaborate with Product Managers to refine feature requirements and ensure high-quality code through reviews and debugging.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of software development experience. Proficiency in modern programming languages and experience with both front-end and back-end technologies is required.
