Earthworks Excavator Operator

Option Excavating is hiring experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing earthworks division. We're looking for operators with experience excavating for earthworks in commercial/civil earthworks. Responsibilities Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Excavate to required grades and elevations. Work closely with gradeperson and foremen. Perform daily equipment inspections. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with maintaining productive and safe job sites. Qualifications Experience operating excavators in civil earthwork construction Knowledge of trench safety and excavation practices. Ability to excavate accurately to accommodate slope and final grade Ability to load trucks safely and efficiently Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and safety-focused. Operate excavators and heavy equipment to achieve required grades and elevations in commercial and civil earthworks. Perform daily equipment inspections and collaborate with foremen and gradepersons to maintain safe, productive job sites.

Requires proven experience operating excavators within civil earthwork construction and knowledge of trench safety practices. Candidates must be able to excavate accurately to slope and final grade while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
