In this role, you will greet clients enthusiastically and present the OTF concept to potential members. As an integral part of our studio, you will engage with customers at the front desk, manage phone inquiries, and provide informative studio tours. Collaborate closely with trainers to guide new members through their workouts and contribute to our community’s fitness journey. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly and knowledgeably • Introduce the OTF concept to potential members • Manage front desk operations including calls • Conduct engaging studio tours for visitors • Assist trainers in member’s initial workout experience • Outreach in the community • Participate in social media content or brainstorming session • Basic cleaning needs for the studio Requirements: • Passion for fitness and helping others • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle member concerns professionally • Organized and clean studio maintenance • Experience in sales or customer service preferred Utilize your fitness passion to foster a welcoming environment at Orangetheory Fitness.
