We are looking for Franchise Owners/Operators to lead our Orangetheory Fitness locations in all provinces across Canada. Franchise Owners/Operators will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Orangetheory Fitness studio operation, including setting the strategic direction and vision for the location. This involves overseeing talent management and ensuring operational excellence across the entire studio.

The ideal candidate is a driven leader looking to pursue an ownership opportunity by building a thriving business and making a meaningful community impact. This role requires leading all facets of studio operations, from strategy to execution, within the Orangetheory Fitness franchise system.
