Provide leadership during evening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong guest experiences. Assist with bar operations and execution of beverage service. Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through beverage promotions and seasonal features. Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality. Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings. Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards What You Bring 2+ years of bartending and serving experience in a high-volume setting. Previous leadership experience in a bar or restaurant environment is an asset. Strong decision-making skills to lead the team during service.
