We are seeking a visionary Card Business Lead to spearhead our entry into the payment card space and build a world-class card program from the ground up. The Role: Impact & Ownership As the Card Business Lead, you aren't just managing a product; you are the architect of OSL’s card ecosystem. You will lead the "0-1" journey—from securing BINs to launching high-end physical and virtual card products across Hong Kong and international markets. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Product Launch: Execute the full lifecycle of card issuance, including BIN application, card scheme (Visa/Mastercard) onboarding, and technical integration. Market Expansion: Initially focus on dominating the Hong Kong market before scaling operations to multiple global regions. Customer Segmentation: Define tiered spending limits and tailored value propositions for high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and institutional clients. Operational Excellence: Build and monitor the operational backbone, including transaction data analysis, fraud prevention, clearing/settlement, and regulatory compliance. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless, secure, and compliant user journey. Who You Are You are a "hands-on" leader who thrives in the intersection of Fintech and Digital Assets. You have a proven track record of wearing multiple hats—part product manager, part operations lead, and part business strategist. Requirements: Industry Expertise: 5+ years of management experience in Card Issuing or Fintech Payments (Debit/Credit/Prepaid). Proven Track Record: Direct experience with BIN sponsorship, mobile wallet integration, and launching card programs from scratch. Scheme Knowledge: Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard rules and the regulatory landscape in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific. Strategic & Analytical: Ability to design pricing models, analyze transaction performance, and optimize unit economics. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; ability to manage external partners (Issuers/Processors) and internal executive stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT (Fintech/Analytics focus preferred). Why Join OSL?
