The manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating daily restaurant operations while supervising and training staff. Key duties include managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
