The manager is responsible for supervising and training staff while overseeing daily restaurant operations and financial reporting. Key duties include managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in using electronic cash registers and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
