Plan, organize, and evaluate daily restaurant operations while managing staff training and performance reviews. Responsible for inventory control, supplier negotiations, and ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requires a high school graduation certificate and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be organized, dependable, and capable of working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
