Do you have a strong background in corrections and a desire to make a real impact? We're looking for a dedicated instructor to bring our Policing and Corrections Foundation (PCF) program to life. In this role, you’ll share practical insights, build student confidence, and help future professionals navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system. **Could be Part time or Full time depending on candidate fit** Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and informative instruction to PCF students • Track and support student progress through regular feedback and evaluations • Maintain accurate records and attendance as per institutional policy • Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise student practice of techniques • Incorporate real-world examples and best practices from policing, corrections, and security fields. Requirements What You Bring • Graduation from a recognized Policing and Corrections Foundation program, or a related post-secondary program • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Corrections Officer • Previous teaching or training experience (an asset) • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth Benefits Why Join Oulton College?
