What You’ll Do Actively connect students and graduates with employers, focusing on placements that lead to real employment outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across multiple industries Coach students on career readiness, professionalism, and employability skills Track student progress, employer interactions, and placement activity with high accuracy and follow‑through Identify gaps, remove barriers, and move students forward toward employment Work closely with academic teams to ensure students are ready, supported, and well‑matched Contribute to placement targets and continuously improve employment results Requirements If you bring energy, precision, and a drive to see students succeed in the workforce, this role is for you.
