This is a high-impact role where you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers, designing and building secure, high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and other engineering teams on system architecture and requirements Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime Lead code reviews and promote best engineering practices Mentor and support junior engineers Continuously improve system design, reliability, and development processes Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in backend development AI-First Approach – Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding practices, accelerate learning curves, and optimize workflows. Strong experience building scalable, production-grade systems Proficiency in Node.js Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code Bonus Points for : Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security domain. Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and over 5 years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Node.js and databases. Candidates must demonstrate an AI-first approach to coding and experience building production-grade scalable systems.
