ow Hiring: Education Coordinator (30 hours per week) Oxford Learning is looking for a confident, caring, and highly organized Education Coordinator to lead our centre and build strong relationships with families. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys creating a warm, professional environment for students, parents, and staff. About The Role As Education Coordinator, you will be the heart of our centre. You’ll oversee daily operations, connect with families, support our team of instructors, and help ensure each student is progressing with a personalized and effective program. You’ll also play a big role in scheduling, assessments, and guiding parents through their child’s learning journey. What We’re Looking For Someone who is friendly, reliable, and excellent with people. You should feel confident speaking with parents, supporting staff, and managing the flow of the centre. A background in education, psychology, or child development is ideal, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations at the centre Build and maintain relationships with families Oversee student programs and scheduling Coordinate assessments and program planning Support, guide, and communicate with teaching staff This is a part-time position at 30 hours per week, with regular hours during weekdays from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, plus some daytime hours for admin work, follow-ups, and meetings.
