We’re growing and looking for a passionate, experienced education leader to join our team. The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Education Director to lead our academic programs, mentor our tutoring team, and ensure every student achieves outstanding results. This is a key leadership role responsible for the quality and success of our educational delivery. Job Details This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Oversee all academic programs and ensure high-quality delivery of Oxford Learning’s curriculum Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of tutors and instructors Conduct regular tutor observations, feedback sessions, and professional development Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximize results and retention Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and program recommendations Maintain strong relationships with local schools and the community Support centre operations including scheduling, assessments, and program placements Uphold Oxford Learning’s high standards of educational excellence What We’re Looking For Post-secondary degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (OCT or BC teaching certificate is a strong asset) Minimum 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience (preferably with elementary and/or high school students) Previous leadership or mentoring experience (highly preferred) Strong knowledge of British Columbia curriculum Passionate about education and helping students succeed Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Organized, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with Oxford Learning or similar tutoring/education programs is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses Comprehensive training through Oxford Learning Opportunities for professional growth Supportive and collaborative team environment Meaningful work — making a real difference in students’ lives Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 / year Schedule Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 7:30pm Location: Oxford Learning West Vancouver 202-1760 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC Tel: 604.922.5566 Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the West Vancouver area.
