Job Title: CMDB ServiceNow Senior Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid-4 Days onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 50-56/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: July 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CI Class Manager, CSDM, CMDB Health, data certification, and CMDB governance. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server architecture, Service Mapping, CI dependency mapping, and CI relationship management. Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data normalization, identification rules, and CMDB Reconciliation Engine (IRE) configuration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, with expertise in CMDB data integration and dependency management. Proven experience in troubleshooting CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, missing or inaccurate CI relationships, data load failures, and reconciliation conflicts. Strong knowledge of CMDB best practices, governance frameworks, data lifecycle management, and ServiceNow platform administration. Experience implementing and maintaining accurate, scalable, and compliant CMDB solutions aligned with organizational standards and CSDM guidelines.
