Job Title: Performance Tester Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 45-50/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: Aug 31st, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner – VuGen, Controller, and Analysis. Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner. Experience with Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance/Soak, and Scalability Testing. Strong experience in Web HTTP/HTML, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and TruClient protocols. Create workload models and simulate real-world user load scenarios. Analyze performance results and identify application, database, middleware, and infrastructure bottlenecks. Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams for performance tuning. Experience integrating performance testing with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.
