Lead and instruct team members to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and accurate tally paperwork. Maintain HACCP records and conduct product tracking and traceability to meet customer expectations.

The Seafood Production Employee will be involved in various tasks including vessel offloading, operating cutting machines, and quality control. Additional responsibilities may include packing and cleaning within the fish processing facility.
