Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable. Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts. Prepare and process payroll. Monitor and manage budgets. Generate Financial statements and reports. Assist with audits. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Provide support to other departments as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.). Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bilingual (French, English) – mandatory. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in accounting software and mandatory bilingualism in French and English are required.
