Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be the internal link that will help the company get off the ground market quickly, efficiently and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of project management experience. Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. PMP certification is a plus. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget. This includes defining goals, managing risks, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, over 5 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Mandatory bilingualism in French and English is required, with PMP certification considered an asset.
