Financial Services Manager

PAG Direct is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join the team at Thornhill Hyundai! We operate in a state-of-the-art facility with a positive atmosphere geared towards achieving strong F&I numbers as part of our Sales process. Our pay plans are structured to achieve $100K+ compensation for an average performer and $150K+ for those who maintain a $1000+ per vehicle average! Job Responsibilities: * Communicate with all major lenders * Submit financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval * Process all federal, provincial and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees Qualifications – Must Have: * Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract * Valid OMVIC license * Experience working in the automotive industry (specifically sales, dealerships, etc.) * Minimum 1 year of previous F&I Manager experience * Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests * Excellent organizational/time management skills * Strong persuasive communication skills * Self driven, like-able, and adaptable * Computer savvy Perks: * Competitive benefits plan, including an Employee Assistance Program; eligible after 3 months * Learning opportunities to help you grow and support your professional development * Proactive and knowledgeable management * Generous employee discounts * Car allowance will be provided Schedule: * 5 working days a week that can fall between the following days & times: * Weekday Morning Shift: 9am to 6pm * Weekday Night Shift: 12pm to 9pm * Saturday: 9am to 6pm * Sunday: 9am to 5pm Compensation: * This is a 100% commission position Upon request, PAG Direct will provide reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities to support participation of candidates in all aspects of the recruitment process.
