To learn more, visit www.pagnotta.ca We are currently seeking a Tower Crane Operator / Rigger to assist with fast-paced, challenging projects in Saskatoon, SK. Follow safe work procedures to assist the tower crane operator with lifting, lowering, or moving materials and loads. Understand lifting and load bearing capacities of the tower crane. Securing loads with suitable lifting equipment. Communicate with operator via two-way radio and/or hand signals. Signal and direct trucks on site for loading and offloading. Inspecting rigging equipment. Rig in decks and fly tables. Inspect crane and calculate capacities Fly tables Assemble and dismantle Perform repairs and maintenance Working Conditions Overtime after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Double time after 12 hours per day Overtime and work on weekends as required Two paid 15 minutes breaks and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day Working at heights Competencies Ability to work well in a team and independently Positive attitude towards safety Punctual and reliable Self-motivated Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined, physically fit Requirements 3-6 years experience operating tower cranes 2-4 years of tower crane rigging experience Journeyman Tower Crane Operator Certificate or provincial equivalent Rigging ticket considered an asset Fall Protection ticket required CSTS or SCOT required WHMIS required Applications will only be considered from those eligible to work in Canada.

Exigences

Requires 3-6 years of tower crane operation experience and 2-4 years of rigging experience. Must hold a Journeyman Tower Crane Operator Certificate and relevant safety certifications including Fall Protection, CSTS, and WHMIS.
