Reservations Agent

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Permanent Reservations Agent to join our team in St. John's, NL! The Reservations Agent is responsible for quoting fares, booking flights, and providing customers with essential flight information. They must address customer service issues with empathy and implement solutions to meet evolving industry needs.

Candidates must have completed secondary schooling and possess at least one year of customer service experience. Experience in technical support and the Travel and Tourism industry is preferred.
