PAL Airlines is seeking a part-time Cargo Agent to join our St. John's, NL team. Duties and Responsibilities: Accepting and handling cargo Screening, scanning & sorting cargo. Warehouse duties Loading/Unloading aircraft in all weather conditions. Operate Forklift Provide internal and external customer support Perform general office duties as required. General accounting and completion of daily sales reports. Other Duties assigned. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or warehouse in a fast-paced environment. Must possess exceptional customer service skills. Must exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills as this position requires on the spot decision making. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to obtain a clear Record of Conduct. Must be able to perform repetitive lifting. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or warehouse environments and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting and the ability to obtain a clear Record of Conduct are required.
