Casual Room Attendant

Pan Pacific Whistler is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Casual Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Previous housekeeping experience is required. Whether you’re looking to pick up extra shifts, work around another commitment, or simply enjoy the flexibility of a casual position, we’d love to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clean guest rooms to required standards. • Ensure a high level of guest service to all guests at all times. • Sanitize all hard surfaces. • Report any maintenance deficiencies. • Work in a health and safety conscious manner. • Vacuum, make beds, dust hard surfaces, clean kitchens, living rooms, balconies, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplaces and any other areas of the guest rooms. • Maintain carts in an organized fashion. • Act as Houseperson when required: clean common areas including washrooms, lobbies and pool decks; attend to guest calls; receive and stock laundry and amenity deliveries.

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas to meet high service standards. They must also report maintenance issues and maintain organized housekeeping carts.

Candidates must be reliable and detail-oriented individuals capable of performing physical cleaning tasks. The role requires a commitment to health and safety standards and excellent guest service.
