Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable stays for our guests. You’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive Housekeeping team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clean guest rooms to required standards. • Ensure a high level of guest service to all guests at all times. • Sanitize all hard surfaces. • Report any maintenance deficiencies. • Work in a health and safety conscious manner. • Vacuum, make beds, dust hard surfaces, clean kitchens, living rooms, balconies, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplaces and any other areas of the guest rooms. • Maintain carts in an organized fashion. • Act as Houseperson when required: clean common areas including washrooms, lobbies and pool decks; attend to guest calls; receive and stock laundry and amenity deliveries.

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. They also assist with common area maintenance and guest requests as part of the housekeeping team.

The role requires the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and maintain an organized workspace. Candidates must be committed to health and safety standards and provide excellent guest service.
