Job Duties Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists, and delivery receipts. Enter and maintain accurate shipment and inventory information in the WMS. Process daily inventory transactions, including receiving, put-away, transfers, adjustments, and shipping. Monitor shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate discrepancies. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and inventory. Track shipment status and resolve documentation or system issues. Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports and maintain related documentation. Support warehouse operations and administrative tasks as required. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Job Requirements Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or transportation. Experience with shipping documentation and inventory systems. Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
