DRIVE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE * Support daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, receiving, storage, and cost control. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation. * Monitor food quality and temperature standards to ensure a safe and exceptional dining experience. * Assist with opening and closing procedures and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED required. * Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but we welcome individuals with strong leadership potential and a passion for guest service. * ServSafe Certification or equivalent is a plus. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team.
