DAY TO DAY * Transportation and application of crop protection products * Sprayer Operator: Responsible for loading the sprayer tank and ensuring proper cleaning * Floater Operator: Operate the floater safely to apply products * Handle the loading and unloading of seed, fertilizer, and chemicals * Maintain agricultural equipment through upkeep and maintenance * Ensure the maintenance and organization of the equipment and yard * Deliver excellent customer service WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience working on a farm and/or with agriculture equipment is required * Experience in mechanical repair and general maintenance of equipment * Valid Class 1 driver’s license with air brake endorsement and several years driving experience * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle physical demands of the position and work in all weather conditions * Flexible work schedule (extended hours may be required) WHY JOIN US At P&H, our people are our priority.
