DAY TO DAY * Handling, unloading and delivering crop inputs products * Assisting in warehouse operations: sorting seed, stacking chemicals, transferring bulk product into totes * Preparing custom application equipment * Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping * Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment * Performing exceptional customer service duties WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming * Class 5 driver’s license * Experience using a forklift and other warehouse equipment * Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.) * Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens * Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions WHY JOIN US At P&H, our people are our priority. The Facility Assistant is responsible for handling and delivering crop input products while assisting with warehouse operations and equipment preparation. They must also perform regular facility maintenance and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe working environment.

Candidates should have experience in general labour, preferably within the agriculture sector, and possess a Class 5 driver's license. The role requires the ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
