DAY TO DAY * Collecting and testing grain samples * Handling and delivering crop input products * Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping * Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment * Performing exceptional customer service duties WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming * Experience working in a customer service role is a plus * Valid driver’s license * Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.) * Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens * Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions WHY JOIN US At P&H, our people are our priority. The Facility Assistant I is responsible for the movement and sampling of grain and the execution of operational processes at the grain facility. They also perform regular maintenance, housekeeping, and provide exceptional customer service.

Candidates should have experience in general labour, preferably in agriculture, and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments subject to dust and allergens.
