OPERATIONS INTERN Employment Type: Full Time, Contract (May – August) Division: Grain and Crop Inputs Location: Lethbridge, AB (Wilson Siding Elevator) Compensation: This internship is a paid position. Start here: Grain & Crop Inputs | Parrish & Heimbecker [https://parrishandheimbecker-ag.com/] DAY TO DAY * Assisting with grain handling and sorting, including supporting truck loading activities and conducting sample testing * Handling and delivering crop input products * Field and crop scouting duties as required * Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping * Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment * Performing exceptional customer service duties WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, Mechanical Techniques, Industrial Engineering, or a related field * Strong interest in agriculture industry and practices * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Full-time availability for a 4-month term, May – Aug.
