Start here: Grain & Crop Inputs | Parrish & Heimbecker [https://parrishandheimbecker-ag.com/] THE ROLE As a Terminal Operator, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the terminal. DAY TO DAY * Contributing to the movement of grain by operating equipment to load/unload shipments * Collecting and testing commodity samples * Regular terminal maintenance and housekeeping * Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment * Performing exceptional customer service duties WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Must be available to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts that include days/afternoons and nights * Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including winter environments, and in environments subject to dust and allergens * Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or terminal operations * Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is a plus * Proficient in basic computer operations, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software * Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.) * Valid G driver’s license WHY JOIN US At P&H, our people are our priority.
