Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Parsons Park Medical Clinic. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and strong operational performance. The Clinic Services Manager will partner closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and leadership to support high-quality care and ongoing clinic growth. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, effective staff coordination, and high service standards Manage scheduling, physician coverage, operational processes, and clinic systems to improve efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient experience Lead, support, and develop administrative and clinical teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinic staff Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and operational outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives Identify, develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to support consistent clinic performance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal clinic policies Address operational challenges, workflow bottlenecks, and patient concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate vendor relationships, supplies, and inventory management to ensure smooth clinic operations Lead and support ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience Skills and Experience Experience in medical clinic or healthcare operations management (multi-provider clinic preferred) Proven leadership and team management experience, including supervising administrative staff Strong understanding of clinic workflows, scheduling, and day-to-day operations Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Healthquest experience is an asset) Familiarity with clinic KPIs, reporting, and operational improvement Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with the Health Information Act (HIA)
