Résumé du poste

Social & Community Specialist About Partake Partake is building one of North America’s leading non-alcoholic beer brands by making great-tasting beer for people who want to fully enjoy the moment without compromise. We are a small, ambitious team that values creativity, resourcefulness and people who are ready to make things happen. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Social & Community Specialist to bring the Partake brand to life across social media, community conversations, creator relationships and affiliate partnerships. This is an execution-focused role. Our senior marketing team will establish the broader brand, campaign and channel strategy. You will help shape ideas, translate that direction into compelling social-first content and manage the day-to-day work that keeps our community active, responsive and growing. You will be close to our audience—responding to comments and messages, identifying relevant cultural moments, creating content and supporting creators and affiliates. You will also bring community feedback and performance insights back to the team to help improve how Partake shows up. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Experience and external partners. What You’ll Do Social Media and Content Manage the day-to-day execution of Partake’s social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. Translate approved brand and campaign strategies into a clear and consistent social content calendar. Contribute ideas for content, launches, creator activations and culturally relevant opportunities. Create, film, edit and publish mobile-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts and occasional activation coverage. Write engaging, accurate social copy that reflects Partake’s voice and brand standards. Maintain an organized content library and identify opportunities to repurpose social and user-generated content across eCommerce, email, paid media and retail. Monitor performance and recommend practical improvements based on audience behaviour and content results. Community Management Build relationships with consumers through timely and thoughtful interactions across comments, direct messages, mentions and tagged content. Monitor brand conversations, sentiment, consumer questions and emerging trends. Escalate customer-service, product-quality or reputational issues when appropriate. Identify and engage loyal customers and advocates who could play a larger role in the Partake community. Share recurring consumer feedback and insights to help inform content, campaigns, product launches and the customer experience. Ensure community engagement aligns with Partake’s product claims, marketing standards and responsible beverage guidelines. Affiliate, Creator and UGC Programs Manage the day-to-day operation of Partake’s affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, product seeding and relationship management. Maintain partner records, links, codes, content commitments and reporting. Track affiliate performance, identify high-potential partners and share recommendations with the marketing team. Coordinate creator and influencer outreach, gifting, campaign briefs, approvals and content delivery. Ensure creators and affiliates follow disclosure, usage-rights and brand requirements. Source, organize and repurpose high-quality user-generated content across Partake’s marketing channels. Support programs that encourage customers and partners to create authentic Partake content. Brand Activations Represent Partake at select retail activations, sampling programs and partner experiences, primarily across Southern Ontario. Capture useful photo and video content that extends in-person activations across digital channels. Collaboration and Reporting Work within the priorities established by the senior marketing team while bringing forward ideas and opportunities. Partner with eCommerce and Customer Experience to support launches, promotions, subscription initiatives and customer communications. Share strong organic and creator content with paid-media partners for potential amplification. Prepare concise updates on content performance, community sentiment, affiliate activity, creator results and key learnings. Manage approved tools, product-seeding inventory and program resources responsibly. You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Genuinely enjoy social media, community building and understanding what motivates people to engage. Are a strong hands-on content creator who is comfortable behind the camera and occasionally in front of it. Can turn strategic direction into organized, high-quality execution. Write with personality, accuracy and sound judgment. Are proactive, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Build relationships naturally and represent a brand with confidence and professionalism. Understand trends without chasing every trend. Use data and audience feedback to improve your work. Think like an owner, follow through and enjoy building programs from the ground up. Qualifications Two to four years of experience in social media, community management, content creation, creator marketing, affiliate marketing or a related field. A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video, social-first content and copywriting. Experience managing social publishing, community engagement and performance reporting. Experience supporting creator, influencer, ambassador or affiliate programs is strongly preferred. Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. Experience with social scheduling, analytics, affiliate or community-management platforms is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel occasionally within Southern Ontario. Limited travel elsewhere in Canada may be required. Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
