What You’ll Love About This Role Compensation: 40% of collections Schedule: Full-time, consistent patient flow Practice: Established, busy clinic with a strong patient base Support: Mentorship and a collaborative clinical team What You’ll Be Doing Deliver a full spectrum of general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care Create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient health and confidence Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in a welcoming environment Work alongside a skilled, supportive team to provide exceptional care Maintain accurate records and uphold all professional standards What You Bring DDS/DMD from an accredited program Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills A team-first mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care Passion for continuous learning and growth Bonus experience (not required): Hard tissue laser, CEREC, CBCT, intraoral scanning, or experience in a digitally advanced practice Why Chemong Family Dental? Exigences
