About the Opportunity As a Regional Director, you will provide leadership and operational support to a portfolio of Anytime Dental Group clinics across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas. Working closely with Clinic Managers, Associate Dentists, and our Support Office teams, you'll be responsible for developing high-performing leaders, improving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring every clinic delivers an exceptional experience for patients and team members alike. This is a highly collaborative leadership role that balances coaching, strategy, financial performance, and people leadership. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers to build engaged, accountable, and high-performing teams. Partner with clinic leadership to improve patient experience, operational excellence, and overall clinic performance. Drive key business metrics including production, collections, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, scheduling efficiency, and profitability. Review operational and financial reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and action plans. Support clinics in achieving annual business plans, budgets, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with People & Culture on recruitment, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management. Foster strong partnerships with Associate Dentists while supporting clinical autonomy and exceptional patient care. Ensure clinics operate in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, health and safety standards, and operational best practices. Champion change management initiatives and support the successful implementation of new programs and processes. Build strong relationships with clinic teams through regular visits, coaching, and leadership presence. Facilitate regional meetings and encourage collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across clinics. Partner closely with Support Office teams, ensuring clinics receive proactive strategic support rather than transactional assistance. What You'll Bring 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within the dental industry. Multi-site leadership experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to coach and develop leaders while creating highly engaged teams. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple clinics and initiatives. Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and drive informed business decisions. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton regions.
