Passion Fruit Partners are hiring a Salesforce Project Manager to plan and drive the completion of Salesforce implementation projects with nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates enjoy building trusting relationships with clients and teammates through strong communication, coordinating work across multiple team members, and removing blockers to progress. Experience in managing Salesforce implementations for nonprofits is preferred. Location: Virtual - Home-based office in Canada. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end project management of mid- to large-scale Salesforce implementations, from kickoff and planning through delivery, launch, and support. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing plans, milestones, and deliverables, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, creating clarity around priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, and next steps. Facilitate client and internal project meetings, ensuring decisions are made, actions are captured, and issues are followed through to resolution. Proactively identify and manage project risks, scope changes, dependencies, and competing priorities before they impact delivery. Monitor project financials and utilization, identifying risks to budget or timeline and working with Delivery leadership to address them. Ensure project documentation, status reporting, and project hygiene are maintained consistently throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into improvements for future engagements. Identify recurring delivery challenges and recommend improvements to how projects are scoped, planned, communicated, and managed. Partner with Delivery leadership to continuously evolve our delivery practices as Passion Fruit grows. Skills: Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies through the full project lifecycle. Strong client management skills, including the ability to establish trust, facilitate decisions, manage expectations, and navigate difficult conversations. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to technical, operational, and executive audiences. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate risks, understand when intervention is needed, and escalate appropriately. A collaborative working style and the ability to influence project teams without formal authority. Qualifications: Salesforce.com Admin Certification required, Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent training is an asset. 3+ years of experience managing technology, consulting, or implementation projects.
