Why You’ll Love This Role: Our Operations Administrator will serve as the nucleus of one of our most critical teams. You’ll maintain and elevate systems of organization, schedule complex and time-sensitive projects, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. What You’ll Do Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and optimize complex schedules for field teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project execution Concurrent Management: Adeptly manage a diverse array of high-priority responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of multiple tasks while maintaining flexibility to accommodate urgent customer requests Communication Liaison: Serve as the communication hub between office and field personnel, demonstrating superior written and verbal skills, and crafting clear messages across diverse channels and audiences Support Operations: Own back-office functions, answer phones for immediate customer needs, prepare work orders and run reports Collaboration: Work alongside a close-knit team to manage daily operations, including fielding incoming service calls, while continually brainstorming ways to improve process efficiency Professional Growth: Embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 2+ years of administrative-level experience Industry: 2+ years experience in the Sprinkler or Fire Protection industry preferred (not required) Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and/or Google Suite (particularly GSheets) Written Communication: Experience crafting corporate communications via email, maintaining spelling, grammar and syntax accuracy Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the capacity to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks Process-driven: Affinity for developing and maintaining standardized and multi-step processes including rigorous follow-up Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week, 7am start time) Compliance: Drug screening and background checks will only be conducted after a conditional job offer is made. We evaluate criminal history based on its relevance to the job duties.
