Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, repair and service agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules/standards on equipment and related components Gain knowledge of John Deere agriculture products Use diagnostic tools and computer functions Attend & participate in: Apprenticeship training, John Deere University training and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities Requirements Have a positive attitude & demonstrate a willingness to learn and succeed Be mechanically minded, and have experience performing service repairs/maintenance May currently be an Apprentice in a mechanical field or have the drive to become an apprentice Having knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be considered an asset High School Diploma/equivalent CONNECT with us today! Candidates must have a high school diploma, a positive attitude, and be mechanically minded with experience in service repairs. Must be a current apprentice or have the drive to become one.
