We are looking for a Preowned Equipment Inspector to join our fast-paced, energetic company, based out of their own home office, supporting our customers in the area surrounding Shaunavon and Swift Current, SK. As a Preowned Equipment Inspector you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and dealerships by evaluating the condition of ag machinery being considered for purchase or trade. Responsibilities Manage equipment inspection requests and schedule efficiently according to deadlines Clearly communicate date/time of inspection with all parties Evaluate and determine reconditioning costs using on site inspection and computer programs Prepare report of equipment including detailed pictures, options, inspection results, and recondition cost estimate Communicate results of inspection to Sales Team Requirements Work independently & in a team environment Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary Significant travel in and out of assigned region with possible overnight stays Extensive technical knowledge and understanding of agriculture equipment Excellent analytical & interpretive skills Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal) Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.) Valid drivers license & and ability to travel throughout SK, MB & AB 3+ years experience in Agriculture industry (Parts, Service, or Precision Ag) Mechanical experience in Agriculture or Heavy-Duty or Journeyperson Ag Tech preferred Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education Able to meet all physical requirements Standing and/or walking for long periods of time Kneeling, squatting, bending Working in hot/cold weather conditions Climbing, crawling, reaching/working overhead Pushing/pulling 100lbs, lifting/carrying up to 50lbs Driving for up to 4 hours per day CONNECT with us today!
