In this role you will oversee, direct, and coordinate service activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability. You will: Lead all Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction Build customer relationships to foster growth Motivate, inspire, and assist employees in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, training, and development Plan and initiate all Service Department functions including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all employees Work with all internal departments to create effective and productive team dynamics Monitor and manage business plan with focus on forward growth in areas such as budget, profitability, and labour You have: Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry Technical background Experience leading, developing, and motivating others to achieve results Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products You are: Results-oriented and strong work ethic Positive attitude Empathetic Self-aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Excellent communicator and analytical skills CONNECT with us today! The Service Manager will oversee and coordinate service activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and department profitability. They are responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the service team while managing departmental budgets and business growth.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience within the agriculture industry and a strong technical background. Proficiency with John Deere products and excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required.
