Our Service Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. Shift structure on the repair side of the shop is new for this location, shifts may rotate to include morning, afternoon or evening shifts (there also may be options within the shift to have modified/compressed work weeks). Responsibilities Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities Requirements The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive) We may consider a 3rd or 4th year Apprenticeship candidate Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset CONNECT with us today! Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment using specialized tools and cutting-edge technology. Perform preventative maintenance and participate in ongoing technical training to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requires 3+ years of experience in complex service repairs and the ability to use diagnostic tools. A Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent mechanical certification is preferred, though advanced apprentices may be considered.
