What You'll Do As a Mitigation Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by: Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies Performing mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage Operating specialized equipment and technology Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations Taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
