We're looking for an organized, driven, and customer-focused Project Manager who can confidently lead restoration and reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final completion. What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the process. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, mold, storm, and structural damage. Conducting property inspections and damage assessments. Preparing scopes of work, estimates, and project budgets. Scheduling and coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and trades. Monitoring project timelines, costs, quality, and profitability. Communicating regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters and internal teams. Maintaining accurate documentation using company software and project management systems. Ensuring projects comply with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. Participating in an on-call rotation to support emergency response services when required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Qualifications include: Experience in restoration, construction, insurance restoration, or project management. IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD or related) are considered an asset—but we're happy to invest in training the right person. Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, DASH, or similar restoration software is preferred—but we're happy to invest in training the right person. Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of construction methods, estimating, and restoration practices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
