What You’ll Do Warehouse & Material Handling Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections Safely operate counterbalance forklift and other material handling equipment Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the yard Load trusses (big and small) on delivery vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard area Accurately pick and ensure orders are accurate and complete Stage orders for delivery. Prioritize tasks to keep products moving efficiently Identify and resolve inventory, order, or material handling issues Support other warehouse and yard activities as required What You Bring Previous forklift or warehouse experience (preferred) Experience in building materials, lumber, distribution, or a similar environment (an asset) Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Good time management and organizational skills What Sets You Apart A strong commitment to workplace safety and best practices Pride in keeping a warehouse organized and running efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy environment Dependable, team-oriented approach to work Why Join Payzant?
