The Role: PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team. As an Accounting Support Analyst for a minimum 6-month internship, this role is fulltime, 40-hours a week, you will provide excellent training to our new and existing customers in the accounting module of our software, by assisting customers during develop, install and training process of their new dealership software. Responsibilities: Provide excellent software support to our customers in the Accounting module to our customers The Accounting Customer Service Representative keeps users informed about their escalations/incident’s status at agreed intervals Ensure support services are delivered professionally and effectively As an Accounting Customer Service Representative, you need to be able to communicate effectively, provide empathy for the customer, as well as build and maintain positive relationships Work on project teams supporting other departments and installation needs Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets assigned to your team Qualifications: Fundamentals of accounting Accounting Diploma/Certificate in progress (must be a current student) Automotive Dealership Accounting Department experience is an asset Customer service experience Possess excellent communication and analytical skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and organizational skills Works well both with a team and independently Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation What we offer: Internal promotion and growth opportunities An education department dedicated to helping you with professional and personal development Access to an onsite gym at some locations and/or corporate membership to Goodlife Free parking Staff events Competitive base salary ($20 - $25/hr.) Exigences

Candidates must be current students pursuing an accounting diploma or certificate with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows are required for this role.
